Impacto de la Inteligencia Artificial en la Gestión Estratégica de Empresas

Esta revisión sistemática tuvo como objetivo analizar el impacto de la inteligencia artificial (IA) en la gestión estratégica de las empresas. Se realizó una búsqueda sistemática en las bases de datos Scopus, Web of Science y EBSCOhost Business
Source Complete, seleccionando 16 estudios publicados a partir del año 2019 que
cumplían con los criterios de inclusión. Se extrajo información sobre los objetivos,
la metodología, las herramientas de IA utilizadas, los sectores estudiados y los principales hallazgos de cada estudio. Los resultados de la revisión demuestran que la IA
está transformando la gestión estratégica, mejorando la toma de decisiones, automatizando tareas, impulsando la innovación y creando valor empresarial. Sin embargo, la adopción de la IA también plantea desafíos, como la resistencia al cambio,
la brecha de habilidades y las cuestiones éticas. Se concluye que la IA se está convirtiendo en una herramienta esencial para la gestión estratégica, y las empresas que la
integren de manera efectiva estarán mejor posicionadas para competir en el entorno
empresarial del futuro.
