Inteligencia Artificial en la Gestión de Recursos Humanos: Tendencias y Perspectivas

Resumen

Esta revisión sistemática tuvo como objetivo analizar el impacto de la inteligencia artificial (IA) en la gestión de recursos humanos (GRH), centrándose en las tendencias actuales y las perspectivas futuras. Se llevó a cabo una búsqueda sistemática de la literatura en las bases de datos Scopus y Web of Science, utilizando una combinación de palabras clave relevantes. Se incluyeron 19 estudios publicados entre 2019 y 2024 que cumplían con los criterios de inclusión. La extracción de datos y
la evaluación del riesgo de sesgo se realizaron de manera independiente por un único investigador. Los resultados de la revisión revelaron que la IA está siendo aplicada en una amplia gama de funciones de GRH, desde el reclutamiento y la selección hasta la evaluación del desempeño, la gestión del talento y el bienestar de los empleados. Se concluye que la IA está transformando la GRH, creando nuevas oportunidades para mejorar la gestión del talento humano, pero su implementación requiere un enfoque estratégico y ético para abordar los desafíos y maximizar los beneficios
