Análisis de la Correlación entre el Síndrome de Burnout y la Satisfacción Laboral en el Ámbito Forense

Resumen

El objetivo de este estudio es analizar la correlación entre el síndrome de burnout y la satisfacción laboral en profesionales forenses que trabajan en divisiones médico legales. Se utilizó un diseño transversal para evaluar la relación entre estas variables en una muestra de 200 profesionales forenses. Se aplicaron cuestionarios validados para medir el burnout y la satisfacción laboral, y se realizaron análisis estadísticos para identificar la fuerza y dirección de la correlación. Los resultados indican una correlación inversa entre el síndrome de burnout y la satisfacción laboral, sugiriendo que a medida que los niveles de burnout aumentan, la satisfacción laboral disminuye. Estos hallazgos resaltan la importancia de implementar estrategias de intervención para prevenir el burnout y mejorar la satisfacción laboral en este grupo profesional.
