Resumen

Este artículo de revisión sistemática exploró las estrategias de retención del talento en la administración de recursos humanos, analizando cómo las organizaciones pueden mantener a sus empleados más valiosos y reducir la rotación de personal. Se seleccionaron 17 estudios revisados por pares, publicados en los últimos 10 años, que abordaban estrategias específicas para la retención del talento. Se identificaron cuatro factores clave que influyen en la retención del talento: cultura organizacional, oportunidades de desarrollo profesional, compensación y satisfacción laboral. Los resultados de la revisión mostraron que las empresas que implementan prácticas de gestión del talento efectivas, como programas de desarrollo profesional, sistemas de compensación justos y atractivos, y estrategias para promover la satisfacción laboral, logran mejores tasas de retención de empleados. En conclusión, la retención del talento es crucial para el éxito a largo plazo de las organizaciones, ya que impacta directamente en la productividad, la innovación y la competitividad.
