Abstract

This systematic review article analyzes the impact of innovative tools and methodologies in project management, with a focus on the professional area of ??administration. The objective is to evaluate how new technologies and agile approaches are transforming the way projects are managed, improving efficiency, productivity and the quality of results. Rigorous inclusion and exclusion criteria were used to select studies, and each study was assessed for risk of bias to determine its methodological quality. Results from individual studies were analyzed and a narrative synthesis was conducted to identify emerging trends and patterns. The results suggest that innovative tools and methodologies have the potential to significantly improve project management, but the challenges associated with their implementation must be considered, such as resistance to change, lack of training and the need for investment in new technologies.
