The objective was to determine the relationship between green spaces and thermal comfort in multifamily housing, analyzing the theory and collecting data from the site to know the criteria to take advantage of gray spaces in buildings with green areas for the application in multifamily housing buildings RDM in the 1st Stage of the condominium Las Torres de Santa Clara II, Ate, Lima 2022. The methodology was quantitative in nature, basic research type, non-experimental cross-sectional and correlational design in a non-probabilistic sample, using data collection in a checklist and a Likert-type questionnaire, a non-probabilistic sample by occurrence in 38 units. The results in the sample studied indicate that: 83% conceive that the architectural design takes advantage of sustainable architecture; 97% think that vertical gardens generate harmony between humans and nature; 97% think that they are in reconciliation. It is concluded that there is a significant relationship of 81% of the observation that there is a use of sustainable architecture and reconciliation with vertical gardens.
