The panorama of higher and technical-productive education presents a series of deficiencies at all levels due in large part to the lack of an integral vision of the problem in conjunction with the implementation of traditional management systems to improve the organizational viability of the institutions. Therefore, the present study aims to address the organizational configuration from a systemic-cybernetic approach to design a management system in the curriculum of a School of Nursing in Peru. The proposed methodology was based on the systemic-cybernetic design through a case study, for which the sample unit was delimited as a nursing school. The findings allow elucidating the configuration of a viable system composed of teaching-learning, research and cultural extension; analysis of the systemic functions from faculty authorities to commissions specialized in services
of interest to university students; design of faculty processes grouped in five systems and map of processes structured in the faculty composed of macro processes of direction and adaptation, integral formation, cohesion and monitoring. It is concluded that there is organizational feasibility in the programs of studies integrated in the School of Nursing, likewise, the implications of this study
allow identifying the internal and external processes that compose a viable management system, as
well as developing a feasibility implementation analysis route for university educational programs.
