  • Vol. 4 Núm. 3 (2023): Business Innova Sciences: Revista de Ciencias Empresariales
    Vol. 4 No. 3 (2023)

The arduous scientific activity brings once again a new issue of Business Innova Sciences, a magazine that deepens and disseminates topics related to business administration, the world of finance, marketing, among others. On this occasion, the articles that make up this issue deal with diverse and current topics: from the implementation of agile methodologies and artificial intelligence in project management, to the relationship between sustainable development and financial performance. Thus, this issue of the magazine opens with the article “Innovation in Project Management: Effective Tools and Methodologies”, by José Antonio Urquizo Maggia. This research aims, first of all, to evaluate the impact of innovative tools and methodologies on the efficiency, productivity and results of projects, specifically in the area of administration, and secondarily to draw out practical consequences of the study. The results of the research reflect that the relevant trends are aimed at the increasingly evident implementation of agile methodologies, as well as artificial intelligence; Likewise, resistance to change, lack of training and the need for investment are recognized as critical points. Subsequently, we have the writing of Jesus Alberto Espinoza Quispe, “Risk Management in Financial Administration: Strategies and Tools”. The purposes of this research are to identify the most effective strategies for managing financial risks, evaluate the impact of technological tools and examine success stories in the implementation of these strategies. Their results show that the most important strategies are hedging, diversification and scenario analysis, while the technological tools that could contribute the most to risk management are predictive analysis models and risk management software; However, emphasis is also placed on challenges to be overcome, such as lack of data, economic uncertainty and regulatory changes. EDITORIAL Editorial BUSINESS INNOVA SCIENCES (BIS) ISNN 2708-6992 Vol. 4, No. 3 October 2023 6 The third article of the magazine, titled “Knowledge Management in Multinational Companies: Strategies for Success”, written by Luis Enrique Acevedo Matthew.
This research aims to determine how Multinational Enterprises (MNEs) can leverage Knowledge Management (KM) to achieve success through creating an environment where knowledge flows efficiently and translates into tangible results. The hypothesis that the article in question will seek to demonstrate is that an effective GK in MNEs, which considers cultural differences and geographical complexities, positively impacts the company. The fourth investigation that makes up the magazine is “Talent Retention Strategies in Human Resources Administration”, by Danilo Pérez Marroquin. The purpose of this inquiry is to provide a conceptual framework for understanding talent retention strategies and offer practical recommendations so that organizations can design and implement effective talent management policies in the field of human resources. Thus, in this article a strong correlation is observed between incorporating effective talent management practices and improving employee retention. Among these practices, the following stand out: organizational culture, professional development opportunities, compensation and job satisfaction. The article that closes this issue of the magazine is “The Administration of Corporate Sustainability: Practices and Benefits”, by Modesto Paredes Acurio. This research seeks to understand how the implementation of sustainable practices impacts companies' financial performance, reputation, operational effectiveness, and organizational culture. In the process, it will be identified that there is a positive relationship between sustainability practices and these other elements. For example, in the case of financial performance, since sustainability implies the development of innovation, it would generate economic value indirectly. We conclude this brief presentation by inviting readers, especially those from the business world, to learn about the latest developments in administrative sciences that are available to them. Likewise, we warmly thank those who made this new installment possible, either with their scientific contributions or with their collaboration in the edition.
