Humanistic management of public administration to promote emotional intelligence

At a global level, organizations constantly confront the need to improve their work performance to strengthen competitiveness and optimally sustain themselves in the market, to achieve high levels of quality, given the challenges of globalization and the need to respond effectively to society in terms of coexistence and financial, social and human sustainability, the management of emotions based on humanism with responsibility is fundamental, which is why this study has as its fundamental purpose to know the humanistic management of public administration for the promotion of emotional intelligence. The methodological strategy or paradigm in which the study is framed is the postmodern under a qualitative approach, framed in the hermeneutical method, with a type of descriptive research, using the survey as a technique and instrument for recording information, which was made operational. through a semi-structured interview, to then apply categorization, structuring and triangulation as information analysis techniques.
