Community social management model for the community of Santa Águeda, Guárico state, Venezuela

Abstract

The objective of this study is to design a community social management model for the community of Santa Agueda, Guárico State in Venezuela, applying fundamental administrative management tools, such as communication, motivation, participation, organization and planning in instances of social complexity. In this sense, it was decided to use the methods of participatory action research and participant observation, using techniques for data collection, such as survey and interview, under the modality of feasible project, with the objective of promoting the communication processes between the community and the researcher, to make the participatory social diagnosis and thus achieve the necessary motivation among the inhabitants of the community of Santa Agueda. The latter is an element that generates participation, so that the community has the necessary organization and develops the strategic lines and the necessary planning of all the activities aimed at designing the community social management model. The results obtained showed that the people living in the community require a management model to guide them in the development of a social project. It was possible to conclude that this model had a positive impact on the community of Santa Agueda
