Human talent management as a strategy for optimal job performance: a systematic review study

Optimal job performance is a key factor for the functioning of business organizations, a process that is linked to the area of human talent management (GTH). In this sense, the objective of this study was to carry out a systematic review on the development of human talent management as a strategy in optimizing work performance in order to carry out a diagnosis of its progress and effectiveness in the labor field of Latin America. . For this, the PRISMA methodology was used. 2020, where 25 articles were evaluated within the period (2014-2022), which show that there is a high development and effectiveness of GTH as an organizational strategy in work performance in Latin America, however, it is worth mentioning that shortcomings still exist. around its implementation due to communication, administration and planning problems of the areas that make up the organizations.
