Abstract

This manuscript presents a narrative review of the impact of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, on teamwork within organisations. Through the collection and analysis of recent academic literature, it examines how Scrum promotes cohesion and productivity among teams, as well as its relevance in various sectors beyond software development. The findings highlight that the implementation of Scrum facilitates effective communication, collaborative leadership, and teamwork, contributing to the achievement of organisational goals and employee well-being. It is concluded that, despite the challenges of its implementation, Scrum is a flexible and adaptable tool that can be successfully applied in diverse work environments.
